A Message from Our Founder
by Sandy Yozipovic, Founder & President
Dear Friends:
Each year the Fullness of Life Foundation provides information on the latest developments in integrated health care that combines the most advanced technologies with specialized care to provide families with information on where to look for the best possible treatments, education and support.
Fifty years ago, a diagnosis of cancer was considered a death sentence. Today, great strides have been made and survival rates have significantly improved. I am an end-stage cancer survivor. I took active control of my fight against cancer and utilized both complementary and alternative methods to beat the odds and survive stage 3 colon cancer.
I wanted to share my success story with others and create an outreach for everyone to be educated on the impact of integrated medical supportive care. I cofounded “The Fullness of Life Foundation,” an organization dedicated to educating the public on the importance of the combination of conventional and advanced complementary alternative medicine in the healing process of fighting cancer:
www.fullnessfoundation.org. Every year more lives are enriched and saved through the assistance of this incredible Foundation.
The statistics are startling: every 23 seconds an adult is diagnosed with cancer and every school day, 46 young people, or two classrooms of students, are diagnosed with cancer in this country. Cancer is much more than a physical disease as it touches the deepest fears of patients and their families. Cancer is a disease that is going to touch everyone sooner or later either personally or through someone they know and love very much.
Everyone needs to know about ALL of the health care options and treatments that are available to improve the quality of life and benefit those who are fighting to survive cancer. Your involvement makes a critical difference. Please join us in our effort to bring awareness and carry out our mission to change the lives of those who have been diagnosed with cancer.
Over the past several years, our organization has grown, offering newsletters, educational resources, web-based communities, an advocacy program and a patient support group for newly diagnosed patients.
We can change the world one person at a time!
With grateful appreciation,
Sandy Yozipovic, Founder & President
